I have a firm testimony that God answers prayers. via Elder M. Russell Ballard, we as missionaries are asked to initiate 10 gospel conversations per missionary, per day. After our amazing zone conference I've tried my best to do that specifically. We try to talk to everyone that we see, but there are just some days that we don't see 20 people to talk to. I was worried that Sunday would be like that, and I didn't know how we were going to be able to talk to 10 people each when we were in church from 9-4, had break the fast at 4:15, and then dinner with a member at 5, where we didn't end up leaving until 6:30 because we did a lesson after. We literally did not talk to someone who wasn't mormon until 6:30pm. We had to meet up with some missionaries at 8:45 for something, which gave us a little over 2 hours to try and talk to as many people as possible.

Almost all the referrals we went to go see were home, and there were a ton of people out walking their dogs and/or kids. The coolest part. At the end of the night, we decided to talk to just one more person before we had to go, even though every other person we talked to before had said no. She wanted us back. She said that she and her family wanted to learn more about the mormon church. The 10th conversation I initiated was our miracle. We truly are blessed when we go past a little what we think we can do.

How amazing is that though?? God does care, even when it's just a missionary's prayer wanting to talk to more people.

Love ya all!
